Heather is a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who works with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. Heather received her Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin and her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University in Chico.
Heather provides a safe and collaborative place to work on the challenges that come up in the many stages of life. Heather works with individuals, families, and couples to build better communication skills, better coping skills, and strategies to reduce relational and emotional stress. This includes her previous experience working with families and individuals that struggle with relationship challenges, behavioral and parenting issues, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
