Choosing to go to counseling is not a sign of weakness, but a sign of great courage and strength. I am passionate about working with teenagers and adults who experience or have experienced low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, sexual trauma, abandonment, substance abuse, porn addiction, relationship problems, and adjustment issues. My use of Cognitive Behavioral Theory can help give you insight as well as provide tools to take home and apply to your every day life.
I graduated from DBU with a Master’s in Professional Counseling and I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor-Intern working toward my hours to attain full licensure, supervised under Jordan Davis, LPC-S. I am open and accepting to all walks of life and I am driven to help you meet your goals during your time in counseling.
If you have been considering counseling, don’t hesitate! Call today to set an appointment and take your first step toward change.
